Kim C. Birtel - Mentor

My purpose

The big questions

Board members, managing directors, owners and managers, self-employed people and consultants come to me with big questions:

Why does the world need us? Who should we be? What is our deep meaning and purpose? How do we make a difference? What is our central idea? Where is our vision? What is our narrative? Why do we always have the same conflicts? How do we get into change? How does growth succeed? How do we lead better? How do we improve our relationships with each other? How does transformation succeed in times of crisis?

I ENJOY THE MOMENTS WHEN THE OLD SAYS GOODBYE, THE NEW COMES AND THE PATH LIES CLEARLY BEFORE YOU.

Process Moderation

As a mentor, I moderate processes in order to arrive at sustainable answers myself. Sometimes it takes one workshop day, sometimes it takes a few months, and then it can take many years of support. This is decided by my clients. In doing so, I neglect the concepts of guilt and shame, believe in existing potentials and create space for new perspectives and initiate growth processes.

I enjoy the moments when the old says goodbye, the new comes and the path lies clearly before you.

One cannot choose one’s archetypal destiny, one can only search for it and finally discover it.
