It just doesn’t have to feel like “work”. The confrontation with oneself is at the same time always a review and a consideration of the status. Both facets are important, but above all the future is an exciting topic.
From there, we can usually look more relaxed into the shapeable present and move. To make these processes easier to handle, I now also offer online formats. I started with the “Body, Mind & Soul” experience at the end of 2022. I developed this method in a 1:1 mentoring and asked myself after further rounds whether it would also work online. The online format gives people the opportunity to participate in this work who cannot pay my hourly rate or who live far away. The first session via Zoom was great and the feedback was very encouraging.
In this format I work with aspects of design, meditation and constellation work. In this way, participants are able to give their body, mind and soul a voice and to integrate this into answering important questions in life. I found this online work rather unusual at first, but now I enjoy it more and more. It gives every participant the chance to remain in their own, protected space and, if they wish, to exchange ideas. Since the beginning of 2023 I have also been offering individual archetype determinations online and in groups. I guide people through their biographies and let them recognize patterns. These patterns reveal a lot about the central theme of life, one’s own talents and the associated archetypes in the background.
